ALL METAL ENCLOSURE

REDLINE encloses the VFD electronics inside a Sleek and Stylish all-metal VFD enclosure. Not only does our enclosure looks amazing, it also dramatically reduces EMI and heat issues. For your VFD to function properly, manufacturers like delixi recommend their VFD be placed inside a sealed, all metal enclosure. Many of our competitors have either ignore the recommendation or lack the design skills to design an appropriate enclosure.

FOUR (4) CERAMIC BEARINGS

Our High quality Spindles comes standard with 4 (Four) ceramic bearings that reduce rolling resistance, increase durability, increase stiffness and minimize damage caused by cold starts. Ceramic bearings can last up to 20 times longer then Steel bearings, offer reduced friction and use less energy. Furthermore, ceramic bearings can operate in harsh environments due to their resistance to corrosion and degradation. Finally, their electrical insulation properties eliminate the risk of electrical erosion and pitting of the rolling elements. Many of our competitors use Steel Ball Bearings.

ALL CABLES & WIRES PROPERLY GROUNDED AND FILTERED

Unlike many Spindle Kits on the market, all of our cables and wires are properly ground. Don't be fooled by words like "All wiring shielded from interference". Although the wires used might be shield, if the shielding isn't properly grounded it's useless.

Our Shielded Spindle cable with High Frequency noise filter keeps the VFD noise were it belongs, inside the enclosure.

All our Inputs control signals use shielded cables that's properly grounded and input filters for noise free control.

Removable Display with built in manual over-ride switch that can be mounted in a convenient location, whether it's on the wall, VFD, or MASSO. The Manual Mode switch allows you to adjust the speed if your controller can’t.
